Why are my CFM/Ton calculations from Trace with a VAV system and energy wheel so low (150 cfm/ton)? If the ballpark figure is 400 cfm/ton shouldn't I be getting something close to that number?

I would bet that your system has been reset to 100% outdoor air (this is likely to happen if you are using VAV with std 62.1)
