I am working on energy simulation, Confuse with input that i need to give or not.
Do i need to give actual Main Cooling and Heating CFM in Create Room-Airflow tab, both for Proposed and Basecase or only for proposed case. Cause these value is creating high Ov/Undr Sizing load.

Only do it in the proposed case. The baseline can calculate airflows (unless you have a minimum required by code, say for a hospital).
For most projects, let the baseline be set to "to be calculated". This will help with over/undersizing and it will possibly help raise fan energy in the baseline, which gives you more LEED points!
