I have noticed that sometimes the following two lines are added to the BEPU report:

?Hours any zone above cooling throttling range

Hours any zone below heating throttling range? please refer to the below report for the example.

For LEED I didn?t know if I should just use the % in this case 9.54% or the actual hours specified?

The LEED reviewers came back and said that I needed to use the hours however I would have thought the %?
