When you set the zone COOL/HEAT-TEMP-SCH to ?undefined?, there is no thermostat control in the zone and no unmet cooling/heating hours will be reported because the system is not trying to maintain the zone at any particular temperature. The cooling and/or heating thermostat schedules should be defined for at least the control zone of a single zone system.
