Mechanical cooling only runs 3 months of a year, how to set schedule?

Hi all,

I just start studing eQUEST. If mechanical cooling is only turned on through summer (Jun to August), and heating is only turned on through winter (November to March), but the building is operating during the entire year, how to set the schedule?
