Hi All- I'm working on my first LEED compliance model. I have some experience with eQuest and modeling in general, but I need some guidance for modeling a multifamily project for a LEED submission.

I have zoned the building with individual apartment units and used the floor multiplier for the repeated floors.

Each apartment has its own spit DX system and I have a design schedule for capacities, CFMs etc.

My question: Do I create one split DX system which has the combined tonnage, CFMs, fan power etc. from the schedule and apply the system to all of the residential zones (in one zone group) and tell eQuest to "Create separate systems"?

Then can I similarly do the same thing for the baseline with correct efficiencies and fan power?
