When trying to install eQUEST 3.65 build 7173 on a reformatted personal
laptop, I am getting the error:

Error writing to file: C:\user\bfoun\OneDrive\Documents\eQUEST 3-65
Data\Reports\Single-Run Reports\System Fan Electric Energy
Use\PlotGraph.oc2. Verify that you have access to that directory. (I do)

When trying to install build 7174, I get the similar error:

Error writing to file: C:\Program Files (x86)\eQUEST 3-65
7174\license.rtf. Verify that you have access to that directory. (again
- confirmed that I have full read-write permission on the directory and
admin rights as user).? Copying license.rtf over just triggers the same
issue on a different file same directory.

... and finally when I try to install build 7175, I get similar error:

"Error writing to file: C:\Program Files (x86)\eQUEST 3-65
7175\vtkHybrid.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory."

Interestingly, the 7174 install did successfully write that file and 2
others before getting hung up on the .rtf file.

Bitdefender and virus protection turned off (for the installations),
admin user.

Suggestions?? Has anyone else seen this ... or installed eQUEST
successfully recently?
