Please If someone can help :
1-KW/Cfm shall be calculated according to Fan Power Limitation method described in ASHRAE 90.1.2007 for the Baseline Method , but what about Proposed Model please ???
Should I used the same method for Proposed model to calculate the KW/Cfm but sure using the Cfm of Proposed Model ????

* For exhaust fan power use same values as in baseline & proposed
* For Equipment fan power use static fan power as in yours schedule for proposed, for the baseline use the ASHRAE 90.1.2007 Appendix -G3.1.2.9, table 6.5.3.1.1a
