Dear building-sim,
I am looking for "Computerized Building Energy Simulation Handbook"
which provides
great modeling tips for novices modeler like me.
I would be appreciated if anyone has the handbook could send me!

The COMNET manual is just what you are looking for.

Out of curiosity may I ask what software you might use in your models?

There is also BEM book, here is a link:

Wahid,
The "Computerized Building Energy Simulation Handbook" is available for purchase at
http://abraxasenergy.com/store/#ecwid:category=2433186&mode=category&offset=0&sort=normal
However, it is not for novices. And it is geared toward the modeling of existing buildings (energy auditing mainly).
On the other hand, the COMNET book is very useful for compliance modeling of new buildings.
Cordially,

Wahid,
An excellent book on general building energy simulation principles was
published in the UK by Dr Lubo Jankovic this year. I believe it was also
published in the USA and Canada - see details below:
Jankovic. L. (2012) Designing Zero Carbon Buildings Using Dynamic Simulation
Methods. Routledge. London and New York.
