Ventilation of Storage Spaces in highrise multifamily buildings

Hi,

Does anyone know if storage rooms less than 200sqft in multifamily highrise buildings require supply air and exhaust? Although 62.1 2007 mentions for 0.12CFM/sqft, I am not sure if residential storage has to meet the same requirement?
