I’m simulating a building based in ASHRAE 90.1 2007 for LEED. The building has a humidity control. The minimum humidity is 30%.

In baseline model, the system to control the humidity is an electric resistance and in proposed model the humidity is controlled with a direct evaporation cooling. In baseline the humidity is controlled all the hours (over 30% all the hours) and in proposed model the humidity below 30% in 100 hours during the year.

My questions are: Have I the unmet hours to humidity control? Must I satisfy the maximum of 50 hours in relation to baseline model?
