Different CFM for ASHRAE Case and Proposed Case

Hi,

While modeling a building, I arrive at fan CFM for ASHRAE Case. Is it
possible to change the CFM for the same HVAC system or thermal zone in
proposed case? Because in proposed case, I change envelope and fa?ade which
reduces my heat gain and thus the same HVAC system or thermal zone would
require less CFM.

e.g. in ASHRAE case I get 1000 CFM and in proposed case, I can manage with
800 CFM.

With best regards,

Rakesh,

Yes you can change the cfm in proposed model and make sure it?s reflecting
your actual design. This is how we account the savings in proposed model.

Thanks

Rakesh, this is fine but the cfm of outside air must match between models, so you might check that for good measure.
