Weather File

Hello All! I'm new in this energy simulation world... Does anyone know how to create, or obtain a weather file for Costa Rica? It doesn't seem to be one at the DOE page, even though the data information is in the ASHRAE handbook, is there nay way to create this file? Thanks, Federico
