Ground temperature equation

Hello,

I am looking for the way GTEMP is calculate from the air temperature in DOE-2.
I googled, but couldn't find anywhere how this variable is calculated. There's even nothing in DOE-2 reference manual.

I was wondering if someone could help me to find this equation?
