One of the simplest parts of an energy model is entering the rate structure or tariff.
But, the difficult part is getting information.
For LEED energy models (LEED EAc1), you are allowed to use statewide averages per EIA. However, this process is a bit cumbersome, and their website is pretty tough to follow, so we did the difficult part for you.
You might end up with different data. Our data comes from the following pages:
Please note that our data is only updated every year or so, as is the data from the source file, but you may see a difference in our data and the data posted due to the "updated date", as well as conversion factors. Either data set should suffice for LEED.
