When I run the attached project for compliance I get an added IV.19+A1 layer
even though it is not specified within eQUEST. Have you heard of this
before? Is there a work around? I've tried to specify "C-FURRING" to value
1199 in the .inp file and it still reports the IV.19+A1 layer.

Any thoughts?
