I get zero unmet hours when I run the model in eQUEST 3.65-7174 in DOE-2.3 mode.
The sizing methodology is very different in DOE-2.3. The heat pump models were also updated.
The compliance ruleset for the model could not be found and so was not used. Not sure if that matters.
I think there might be something in the compliance ruleset or elsewhere that is giving very high heating loads, as the system sizes in the DOE-2.3 model are all roughly 3.5 cfm/ft2.
