I'm modeling a stadium and was curious if I have a club level that is enclosed, vestibules are required. In my proposed I'm looking at removing them. Does this meet any exceptions in ASHRAE and if vestibules are replaced with air curtains will this be able to achieve EA1?
Thanks
BRIAN
I believe the vestibule requirement is included in the mandatory parts of
Section 5 of 90.1-2007, so you may want to review the list of exceptions and
alternatives that are allowed.

I don't think you would need to call the club level rooms vestibules. If I
am picturing what you mean correctly they are the private rooms that highly
leveraged people lease in the stadium, correct? If I'm right, they are just
spaces with 4 interior walls, one of which is glass. I would just model them
accordingly.
