There is an immediate postdoc position opening in Dr. Gang Tan?s group at
the Civil and Architectural Engineering Department of University of Wyoming.

The basic responsibilities of this position include: (1) Conduct research
on radiative cooling technology and applications to buildings, power
plants, and etc. (2) Track the research progress in a regular timing and
maintain the research documents in a good shape; (3) Prepare research
quarterly report; (4) Write journal papers and conference papers.

The requirements of this position include: (1) Possess a PhD degree in
Building Technology, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
areas, and a deep understanding of HVAC and/or thermal/energy engineering
system; (2) Numerical skills of heat transfer and/or fluids analysis, and
experience of EnergyPlus simulation, ANSYS Fluent modeling, or other
relevant tools; (3) Good academic records and evidence to demonstrate
competence in the areas this position specified; (4) Excellent English oral
communication and writing skills; (5) Self-motivated and very interested in
research; (6) Capable to supervise graduate/undergraduate students within
the research team.
