Performance Curves & Unmet Load Hours

I'm using Daikin performance curves in a PVAV-VT system with other
prescribed inputs for VRF equipment for a substantially sized school and
cannot reconcile unmet load hours unless I remove the performance curves.

Any thoughts, beside the capacities are not appropriate?
