Qualified modeling professionals are sought to provide energy analysis for high performance and green buildings (multifamily, commercial, and institutional). Experience with DOE-2/eQUEST, EnergyPlus is desirable. Experience with projects pursuing LEED(r) certification and various state and/or utility offered incentives (NYSERDA, LIPA, New Jersey Pay for Performance) also a plus.
