How do you set up a free cooling system in eQuest? I am trying to design a
system that uses the condensed water from the cooling towers to bypass the
chiller and go directly to the pumps. Any help would be appreciated.

One of the chiller types is "Water Economizer". Including this chiller
type will automatically run a water side economizer when ambient
conditions allow. There are restrictions with respect to the condenser
loop -- check the help file.
