Dear All,
A two-floor office has two different floor floor for the first floor and
second floor. How to make the model closed to the real condition in
Schematic Design Wizard?
Thanks,
Jing

Sir:
You convert the model to the Design Development Wizard . Here you can do floor by floor different zoning or building configuration.
Good luck !!

Thanks John!
So do you mean : I need to create two shells under Bldg Shell Components
and make the distance from reference shell as 0ft? For each shell, the
number of floors will be 1?

You perceive well. You are mostly correct. I assume your 2nd floor will be smaller than your 1st floor. You were commenting on floor area differences, correct?

Correct. The second floor is smaller and have an extra space as an overhang
above first floor?s patio.
