Hello All,
This is for a residential high rise.
I am familiar with sourcing outside air from separate systems (for
example pulling outdoor air from a hallway into a residential unit), but
not clear on whether you can exhaust from one zone to another.
The exhaust design for this building calls for each residential unit to
have exhaust air pulled to an exhaust chase which is under constant
negative pressure supplied by a large fan located on the roof.
My thinking at this point is to account for the fan power in a single
zone and set each individual zone with a constant exhaust rate with zero
fan power.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
