OK - you East Coast Gurus !!!

I am working late on the West Coast and not solving my problem. I also need to upgrase my computer memory to 4 gB. I am using my home machine, and forgot how nice 2 gB were. I cannot even rotate this building? in 3-D
?
I am doing a large condo project, and am attempting to use floor multipliers. I leave the Floor Mulipliers check box checked and develop my floor, including precise window locations (which can be lost if a single point in Shell or Zone is moved).
?
The 3-D display in this mode shows, of course, bottom floor, mid floor, and top floor. But the window locations were not carried into the mid and top floors.
?
I then tried unchecking the Floor Multiplier box. Wa -La !!? The precise shell and zoning pattern is displayed. But again, the correct window patterns are incorrect !!
?
I would love to wake up tomorrow with an answer in my inbox.
?
I'd even root for the Yankees or Red Sox for you.
?
Well, maybe that is too extreme.
?
Thank you
?

John,

When you use custom windows, you have to define them for each of the ground,
mid, and top floors, regardless of whether you use the floor multipliers. In
the custom window placement dialogue box, there are radio buttons hidden in
the upper left corner for each of these. Step through the mid and top level
facades and that should do the trick.

I agree. Once you go back from the custom window and change some value such as floor height, multiplier, etc, the custom window would disappear. You have to define the custom window for each floor, ground, mid, and top.

Goodluck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
