I am modeling a building that is going through multiple energy efficiency upgrades. I have successfully modeled the baseline scenario and a further 15 scenarios via the parametric run feature in eQUEST. The one scenario that I have not figured out is removing 5 old systems and replacing with one new VAV AHU. Is there a way to use parametric run to disable the five existing AHUs and enable the new one?

I would prefer not to have to create 5 dummy spaces and zones so the parametric run could reassign the existing AHUs from the active zones to the dummy zones, vice-versa for the new system. Alternatively, I could just create a separate model for this scenario but I would like to stick to the parametric run if possible.
