hello all,
a couple of days ago I had problems converting EPW weather files in BIN files.
I'm happy to announce I have resolved the problems by defining in windows international options as ENGLISH (U.S.A), in that way it uses the American units of measurement and the converter read the EPW file as it should with no errors!!
