Modeling a chiller in a partial building model

1 post / 0 new

I am currently trying to create an energy model for LEED v3.0. It is a large historic building that is being renovated in multiple phases. We have received permission to only model the portion of the building from this phase (West Wing). However, in a previous phase a new chiller was installed; but is located in a portion of the building not modeled, the cooling towers are located on an adjacent building and the chiller serves the entire building. How do I properly model the chiller to create an accurate comparison between the Baseline and Proposed models? Do I have to model the entire building to find out what portion of the chiller this wing requires?
