how to model the HVAC system for phase 2 as chiller is common for both phases

Hi,

I am working on the Extension of Phase 1 manufacturing unit.Certification
of Phase 1 is already completed.

System serving for both phases 1 & 2 with common chiller of 850 TR.

Kindly suggest the solution how to model the HVAC system for phase 2 as
chiller is common for both phases.
