Is it possible to change a zones parent system through the parametric run feature of eQUEST (perhaps using a custom macro?). The appendix G requirement "one system per floor" often forces me to deviate from a common input file (which I don't like to do). Appendix G does say you can group floors to a common system if those floors have identical thermal blocks. I would think for many buildings, even though individual floor loads are not absolutely "identical", they are close enough to get the same answer. Does anyone have experience in dealing with this?
