New eQUEST user here. We're on US military computers trying to get weather bin data for Montgomery, Alabama. Cypersecurity seems to prevent eQUEST from auto downloading DOE weather data. We couldn't find what we need on http://DOE2.com/download/weather
I'd really appreciate any help--we've spent hours trying to figure this out.
