I converted the Bogota, Colombia .EPW file to .BIN with the eQuest Processor , but the altitude is kept at 0 feet when in the EPW file is 8354 feet (2548m). The Longitude should be -74.13 but it is converted to +74.13, the same problem with time zone. The same problem appears with Lima, Peru file, so I guess the Processor does not process that data correctly.

Does anybody knows how to edit the BIN file, or knows how to convert it in other way or has the correct Bogota BIN file?

I know it can be edited in eQuest in "Detailed Mode", but I'm using the "Wizard Mode"
