Each ZONE has its own thermostat. You cannot lump ZONES together, except under a SYSTEM. If you want ONE VAV box for these zones, you will nee to make these ZONES (and thus SPACES) as ONE.

Go back to the Wizard and redraw your zoning.

There are other tricks if you are already in the Detail Edit mode, but I unfortunately do not currently have time to dgo through those.
