Hello,

I'm getting the following error when exiting the Building Creation Wizard.
I go back in, and the Utility fields for Electric and Gas are set to "-
file -". The Rate dropdown says "Select Rate File".
I click the dropdown and there's nothing. Set the Utility fields back to
"- none -", then select "- file -" again. When I click the dropdown, all
the rate files are there. I select my two rate files and click Finish, I
get the error below. When I immediately go back in, my rate files are not
there.

I checked the Rates folder and there are several rate files in there
including the two I set.

Any ideas how to fix this?
