Modeling incremental HVAC units

I am new to eQuest, and I would like to model a building that primarily
uses 'through-the-wall' incremental HVAC units for heating/cooling with DX
coils for cooling and hot water coils for heating. I didn't see an explicit
option for this configuration in the list of System Types. Any tips for
modeling this system? Thanks
