Building Geometries in eQuest

Hello modelling gurus,

Can someone show me how to effectively construct the geometry for this
retail building in eQuest? I've drawn a sketch of the space layouts
(see attached). Basically the building has mezzanine offices at the
front and the rear, and I'm having difficulties adding them to eQuest.
I am trying to have 1 space per zone (i.e. entire retail space as one
zone).

You could define three different shells in the wizard, like the layers of a cake and then blow away the floors and roof of the intermediate zone intersections. This would be similar to approaching the shipping and retail space like atriums.

Actually, there is a wizard option to place new shells adjacent to conditioned space, which can reduce the need to delete extraneous surfaces.
