Emission coefficient in China

Hi, all,

Any pointer to the data source of emission coefficient of CO2, NOx and SOx
for major cities in *China*?

For the US., a counterpart guidance document would be: Source Energy and
Emission Factors for Energy Use in Buildings by NREL.
