I am making a TRY weather file for 2011.
The INP file doesn't like dates above 1999.
PACK
TRY Vancouver -999
TRY 71892 -999 8 49.18123.1830-BITNORMAL 4 20. .025
I can use -999 and it works but if I put 2011 the processor quits and tells me:
--- ERROR --- YEAR IS OUTSIDE ALLOWED RANGE. THE ALLOWED
RANGE IS -1 TO 1999. PROCESSING WILL BE TERMINATED.
Any ideas?
