Mall unregulated loads

Dear all,

I am currently assessing al the unregulated loads in a mall building. In this case there is a large type of spaces, such as restaurants, fitness center, spa, retail, department store, cinema...

I was wondering on how to proceed with the unregulated loads calculation and what is acceptable. It is very hard to identify all the loads but the main ones. As per know I have identify the following:

-Equipment (desktop PC, laptops, screens, printers,...)
-Irrigation pumps
-Exterior lighting (facade, landscape, transit areas,...)
-Process (cooking appliances and dishwashers, washing and drying machines, fitness equipment, spa equipment, cinema projector)
-Department store (refrigeration for the food conservation)
-Kiosk (this are to be included in the common areas)
-Cold rooms
-IT rooms
-Cameras, speakers, security, access control, control systems, firefighting, other services,... (I believe this is assumed to be included in the misc loads).

-Product display/accent lighting

-Water features pumps

-Kitchen exhaust. I believe this is a regulated load.

-Electric vehicle charging stations. Since it is for private cars to be used outside the mall, this is not included.

-Bathroom exhaust fans. I believe this is a regulated load.

-UPS

-Cleaning floor machine. I have no idea how to calculate this load.

-Vertical circulation. I believe this is a regulated load.

I wonder if someone has faced this issue before and in that case which could be a good approach to address the definition and calculation of these loads? Is there any important load missing? Should all the loads be calculated the same way? Would you remove any of these loads for not being important or insignificant?

Thanks
