The Chicago Chapter of IBPSA-USA has teamed up with Mitsubishi Electric U.S. to provide an overview of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology. HVAC systems designed with VRF provide zoned comfort, improved energy efficiency, and lower life cycle cost compared to conventional systems.
There will be a special focus and discussion on how to model the energy usage of VRF systems using a number of different modeling tools, including EnergyPlus, EnergyPro, Trane Trace and Carrier HAP.
This is a FREE event and is available in-person or via live webinar. Attendees who choose the webinar will receive a confirmation from GoToWebinar.
