Can Standby chillers be modeled in Energy modeling?

Hello

Project requires total Air Conditioning load of 300 TR. It has installed a
screw chiller of 300 TR and also having standby chiller of the same
capacity.

So my question is, do we need to model 2 chiller in Propose case of 600 TR?
Or Only 1 will satisfy the ASHRAE requirement?
