Adding supplemental Boiler + CoolingTower to GLHX-GSHP Loop

How do you add a suuplemental HW-Boiler and Cooling-Tower to GLHX-GSHP circulation loop? I am in Detailed-Edit. What are the default ground temps assumed? Has anyone used the Climate-Master add-on?
