Outside DBT and WBT changes with year in SIM file

HI All,

I would like to know if anyone can find out the reason for temperature
changes in SIM file under SS-D Building HVAC Load summary if you change
simulation year. I tried to model a simple room (100' X 60' ) north
oriented, mumbai - India weather file, 40% north 10% east 20% west 0 %
South windows, flr-to-flr ht: 12 ft, flr-to-ceil ht: 9ft.
