*JOB DESCRIPTION*

This position is available in our South Florida location. The successful
candidate will possess a Professional Engineering license and a Bachelor?s
degree from an accredited engineering program. The ideal candidate will
have a minimum of 5 years professional experience in the design and
construction industry, with knowledge of commissioning process. The
candidate should have knowledge of HVAC systems? design, installation and
testing. LEED accreditation is a plus, with the ideal candidate being
environmentally-minded and thoroughly understanding of energy and climate
change issues.

Experience with commissioning and energy optimization requirements under
the LEED program is desirable. Experience with Building Simulation/Energy
Modeling is a plus, using Trane Trace or eQuest software. The candidate
will have a portfolio of project work that demonstrates a complete
understanding of HVAC systems in a variety of facility types. The
candidate will possess strong communication, project management and client
relation skills, ideally having solid references, reputation and
relationships in the A/E industry.
