For LEED v2.2: In individual office spaces, does overhead, locally-controlled lighting in each individual office meet the requirement to enable adjustment to suit the task needs and preferences if the control is only on/off? If there is a window, one could argue that turning the lighting off and using the daylight through the window enables adjustment. I have looked in the CIRs and haven't seen this exact question. Thanks for your help.
