Electric Water Heaters (EWH)

I have a medium-rise office building, where the design case have a small (50 to 80 Liters) Electric Water Heater (EWH) in each bathroom, I need to know the optimum way to model these water heaters; should I place them as equipment load, and remove the Domestic hot water system, or there's a more accurate method for modeling such a case
