i have finished modeling a 3 level building . i need to know energy consumption of one of the levels/shells separatly . is that possible? (the 3 shells are not typical)

yes. in the Detailed design mode, set up a new set of meters for your
fuel/electric/etc and assign these meters to the floor you want only. leave
the other shells/floors alone.

If the whole building use one water-side system, it's impossible to separate
the pump, cooling or heating energy consumption.
If there is only package HVAC system, MAYBE sub-meter works.
