Does anyone fill out the Demand rows in Table 1.8.1 and 1.8.2 (where you fill in the energy usage) of the LEED EA C1 submittal? If so, which report to you use to get this information? PS-E? Thanks for your help!

Yes, and Yes, unless you have more than one of any specific type of meter (ie. two elec meters) and then use PS-F.
