The simulation file I created with a simulation year of 2012 does not
include Feb. 29th - Leap Year.
Additionally, can someone clarify the codes for "Day/Type", the 4th
column in the hourly report file? For simulation year 2012, January 1st
is listed as Day/Type "7". Global variables 43 and 45 describe items
with "7" as Saturday. Obviously, January 1st this year was a Sunday. The
hourly report Global Variable #45 is correct as a "1".

Essentially, the year in eQUEST sets the starting day of the week for
Jan 1st. In 2012, Jan 1st was a Sunday so the simulation will start on
a Sunday. eQUEST/DOE-2 does not "do" leap years. The weather data is
always 8760 hours/year (not 8784 as 2012 would have).
