This is a question about 5.4.3.4, exception f) "Building entrances in
buildings located in climate zone 5, 6, 7 or 8 that are less than
1000 ft2 in area."
Does this mean "building entrances that are less than 1000 ft2" or
"buildings that are less than 1000 ft2."
